Who I am
I’m a freelance technology writer for companies that don’t have one.
With a background in technology journalism and B2B public relations, I have a knack for simplifying complex concepts, through copy that’s easy to read, interesting, and search engine-friendly.
I’ve been a copywriter for hire for ten years. I create content that builds authority and shows how businesses deliver results for their customers.
What I do
I offer a complete range of copywriting services, including web copy, digital marketing content, client case studies, and ghostwriting.
My clients are in various stages of their digital transformation journeys, but they’re all doing cool things in automation, artificial intelligence, robotics, predictive analytics, and information modelling. I love that shit.
Who I work with
I work with B2B tech companies in a variety of industries, like software development, cybersecurity, remote managed services, cryptocurrency, infrastructure engineering, enterprise architecture, and logistics.
I also work with agencies, helping communications teams with media, marketing, and brand communications.
How I do it
I quickly grasp complex technology and write about it clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
I also ask weird questions, read, and fall down research rabbit holes.
I’m comfortable speaking to anyone to get a story: your customers, sales team, CFO, CTO, developers, and partners. And I’m comfortable writing copy targeted at anyone involved in the B2B buying cycle.
Why I do it
Because the tech industry is seductive and addictive.
It was never my intention to fall into it, but I did. And – as anyone in tech will tell you – once you’re in, there’s no going back. But that’s ok, because I get to speak to clever people with smart ideas, every day.
